- PLANKING IS AN AMAZING WAY TO TONE YOUR LOWER STOMACH AS WELL AS CREATE THOSE ABS YOU WANT!

- SIDE LEG LIFTS
- 2 SETS OF 30 (ON EACH LEG)
- LEG LIFTS ARE GONNA TONE YOUR INNER THIGHS, AS WELL AS GIVE YOUR BOOTY A BOOST!
- 2 SETS OF 30 (ON EACH LEG)
- WALL SITS
- 4 SETS OF 30 SECOND INTERVALS
- WALL SITS ARE GONNA TONE YOU CALVES AS WELL AD YOUR UPPER THIGHS
- 4 SETS OF 30 SECOND INTERVALS
- BRIDGE
- 2 SETS OF 60
- THIS IS GONNA TONE YOUR BOOTY
- 2 SETS OF 60
- SQUATS
- 4 SETS OF 15
- AGAIN THIS IS GONNA TONE YOUR BOOTY AS WELL AS YOUR UPPER THIGHS

- DONKEY KICK BACKS
- EACH LEG 2 SETS OF 50
- THIS CAN BE USED AS A STRETCH AS WELL AS A WORK OUT
