FLOOR WORKOUT (Either in the gym or at home)

  • CRUNCHES/ SIT-UPS
    • 2 SETS OF 25

  • PLANKING
    • 4 SETS OF 30 SECOND INTERVALS 
      • PLANKING IS AN AMAZING WAY TO TONE YOUR LOWER STOMACH AS WELL AS CREATE THOSE ABS YOU WANT!

  • SIDE LEG LIFTS
    • 2 SETS OF 30 (ON EACH LEG)
      • LEG LIFTS ARE GONNA TONE YOUR INNER THIGHS, AS WELL AS GIVE YOUR BOOTY A BOOST!

  • WALL SITS
    • 4 SETS OF 30 SECOND INTERVALS
      • WALL SITS ARE GONNA TONE YOU CALVES AS WELL AD YOUR UPPER THIGHS

  • BRIDGE 
    • 2 SETS OF 60
      • THIS IS GONNA TONE YOUR BOOTY

      • THIS CAN BE USED AS A STRETCH AS WELL AS A WORK OUT
