With summer coming to an end, you can definitely start to feel less motivated to workout and eat healthy since you won’t be seen in a bikini. Keeping up your health and fitness routine year round is a struggle but here are some of the tips and tricks I’ve learned that helped me tremendously!

π™³πš›πš’πš—πš” 𝚊 πšπš•πšŠπšœπšœ 𝚘𝚏 πš πšŠπšπšŽπš› πš‹πšŽπšπš˜πš›πšŽ πšŽπšŸπšŽπš›πš’ πš–πšŽπšŠπš•

I talk about how important water is in all my health and fitness posts. It not only helps clear the skin, but it speeds up the metabolism allowing your food to digest faster. Drinking a glass of water before each meal is gonna help you fill up and eat less!

π™΄πšŠπš 𝟻 πšœπš–πšŠπš•πš• πš–πšŽπšŠπš•πšœ, πšŠπš—πš πš”πš—πš˜πš  πš’πš˜πšžπš› πšœπšŽπš›πšŸπš’πš—πš πšœπš’πš£πšŽ

When it comes to eating thru out the day, cut out the snacking and get on a regular eating schedule! Eating 5 small meals a day is gonna help your body digest the small meals easier. Also, know your portion sizes! Keep your meals small, sitting down to a large portion of food for every meal is gonna leave you feeling bloated, and can also create some very unhealthy eating habits. In order to create that flat tummy you always wanted, your gonna need to put in the work! 20 minutes of cardio doesn’t seem like very much, but most of us are busy and can hardly make time for anything else. Put in the effort, to go to the gym, go for a run/ walk, or do a type of cardio 20 mins a day for five days! If you incorporate it into your everyday routine then you’ll never miss the day.

𝚁𝚎𝚍𝚞𝚌𝚎 πšœπšŠπš•πš πš’πš—πšπšŠπš”πšŽ, πšŠπš—πš 𝚊𝚍𝚍 πšπš’πš‹πšŽπš›

Cut the salt out of your diet, its only gonna leave you bloated and tired! Increase your intake of fiber, to help burn fat easier and in less time. Cutting out things like, chips, popcorn, very salty nuts, and other snacks, and replace the with fiber one bars, bran-cereal, and other fiber filled snacks!

π™²πš›πšžπš—πšŒπš‘πšŽπšœ πšŠπš›πšŽ πš’πš˜πšžπš› πš—πšŽπš  πš‹πšŽπšœπš πšπš›πš’πšŽπš—πš

Any chance you get through out the day, get in some crunches. Before you get in the shower in the morning, crunches, when you get home from work, crunches, before bed, crunches! Crunches are gonna keep your stomach toned and give it those lovely lines of definition. Even if you only do 15 crunches but you do them three times a day, your gonna notice a change!
