𝕋𝕐ℙ𝔼𝕊 𝕆𝕗 𝕆𝕀𝕃𝕊
𝚃𝚎𝚊𝘛𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘖𝘪𝘭: Has amazing healing properties in it, which makes it awesome for fighting acne and clearing up scars. Add a few drops of Tea Tree oil to your face lotion, and let it do its magic.
𝘗𝘦𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘪𝘭: Is awesome to alleviate nausea and IBS. The menthol in the peppermint oil helps soothe the muscles lining our stomach. It can help you digest your food easier and will help tremendously with constipation or irritable bowels. Mix a few drops with 12 oz of cold water and drink slowly.
𝘓𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘪𝘭: is great for killing bacteria and cleansing the air. Add a few drops of lemon oil and baking soda in a spray bottle with warm water and start cleaning your house. It helps prevent ants and small critters from hibernating in your house over the winter, it gets surfaces clean, and freshen’s the air. You can also just add a few drops to warm water in a spray bottle and use it as linen spray.
𝘌𝘶𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘺𝘱𝘵𝘶𝘴 𝘰𝘪𝘭: is most used as a fever and headache reducer. Get a damp wash cloth add a few drops of the eucalyptus oil and place on the forehead to help alleviate headaches. Take a cld shower and rub a few drops of the oil on the forehead, chest, neck and bottom the feet to bring down a high fever.

𝙳𝚒𝚏𝚏𝚞𝚜𝚎𝚛: Diffuser’s are awesome for getting a better night sleep, promotes our resilience to colds and flu’s, and helps support emotional health! Most diffusers range around twenty to thirty dollars, it is an investment but totally worth it!
𝙰𝚒𝚛 𝚏𝚒𝚕𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚜: It is always to good to change and clean your air filters with every changing season. This makes sure dust and chemicals aren’t filtering into your home. Before you put the new filter in, add a few drops of an essential oil of your choice and let it filter through the air!
𝙻𝚒𝚙 𝚂𝚌𝚛𝚞𝚋: Mix sugar, and peppermint oil in little container to make an all natural lip scrub, that you can eat! You can also add any essential oil to your homemade body scrub for added benefits.
𝚂𝚝𝚞𝚋𝚋𝚘𝚛𝚗 𝚂𝚝𝚊𝚒𝚗𝚜: In a spray bottle add a few drops of lemon essential oil and some baking soda and scrub away stubborn counter stains. Spray on clothing stains, let sit for a few hours than wash and dry like normal. You can also add a few drops into your mop bucket to get of stubborn floor stains.
𝙶𝚢𝚖 𝚜𝚑𝚘𝚎𝚜 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚌𝚕𝚘𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚜: Add a few drops of tea tree oil and lemon oil and spray into shoes to get rid of smell and kill bacteria. Spray on gym bag and gym clothes for the same effect.
𝔼𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕚𝕒𝕝 𝕠𝕚𝕝𝕤 𝕗𝕠𝕣 𝕪𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝕓𝕖𝕒𝕦𝕥𝕪 𝕣𝕠𝕦𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕖
𝚐𝚎𝚝𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚛𝚒𝚍 𝚘𝚏 𝚌𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚞𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚎: 5 drops of grapefruit essential oil and 2tsp of coconut oil and rub on cellulite effected areas.
𝚊𝚌𝚗𝚎 𝚏𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐: Mix tea tree oil with raw honey and let sit on your face for 5 to 10 minutes, wash off with warm water.
𝚑𝚘𝚖𝚎𝚖𝚊𝚍𝚎 𝚜𝚑𝚊𝚖𝚙𝚘𝚘: Mix lavender oil, rosemary oil, aloe vera and coconut milk in a container with a cap, shake and use. (Shake before each use.)
𝚜𝚞𝚐𝚊𝚛 𝚋𝚘𝚍𝚢 𝚜𝚌𝚛𝚞𝚋: Mix white sugar, brown sugar, coffee grounds, essential oils of your choice and olive oil for a deep cleaning body scrub. (Coffee helps brighten your skin and reduce cellulite and or stretch marks.)
c𝚞𝚝𝚒𝚌𝚕𝚎 𝚘𝚒𝚕: Mix lemon oil, tea tree oil and vitamin E oil and rub into cuticles every night before bed.
