If your hair is dry or oily, if your breaking out constantly, if your nails are fragile or yellow. Making sure to give your body what it needs can actually be a huge help in your beauty routine. You can buy Hair, Skin & Nail Vitamins at any retail or beauty supply store near you. They are usually around ten dollars, but you can almost always find a coupon for them. I will start off by saying I haven’t tried this product myself, but I have friends who have and had success with it! This is a shampoo originally made for horses to keep their coats glossy and full. A few years back girls started using it to make their hair grow faster and become shinier and it worked. You can buy this product at Walmart and Target in the shampoo isle, it is around six or seven dollars, and their is both a shampoo and conditioner. We as females are not suppose to shampoo our hair everyday, washing it everyday will remove the natural oils in our hair. Those oils are needed to keep our hair hydrated and promote hair growth. Start on the routine of washing your hair every other day or every third day, and give this product a try!

Don’t be afraid of hair oil’s cause you think they will make your hair greasy. There is a very big difference between bad hair grease from a poor diet and natural hair oils to promote hair growth. Once a week before bed, apply a hair oil of your choice and let sit till the morning, rinse and let air dry for best results. There are all different types of hair oils depending on the problems your having, Coconut oil, Moroccan oil, Argan oil, etc.

Hot water is not only bad for your body, its also terrible for your hair as well! Hot water will dry out your hair tremendously and remove natural oils. Now I know cold showers during this time of year are out of the question, so simply tone down the temperature of your water. Even a few degrees colder will help keep your natural oils where they belong, and not dry out your hair as much.

Apple cider vinegar stimulates blood flow to the hair follicles, something that is vital for encouraging hair growth and preventing hair loss. Furthermore, this blood carries essential nutrients to the hair follicle cells, strengthening the roots and promoting growth. Take a shot of apple cider vinegar in the morning, or rinse with it in the shower for best results.
