Hey there my lovelies today were going to be talking about some of my favorite organic snacks. I’m a fan of snacking throughout the day especially on days when I work out. It’s important to get snacks that are organic, and aren’t riddled with tons of sugar. Finding snacks that are light, and easy to digest helps on your weight-loss journey.

Big Island Pineapple is by far my favorite dried fruit. This product originally started out in the nature box. Meaning if you didn’t have a month to month subscription with nature box you couldn’t get your hands on this product. However in the past year or more they have started selling best sellers from the nature box at target. The Big Island Pineapple has no added sugar, and no corn syrups. Its simply dried pineapple and thats it. I will say I am allergic to pineapple but this dried version doesn’t bother me. If I eat to much of it I will get itchy, but eating it moderately doesn’t effect me.

I love salty snacks, and if I crave snacks its always something salty and crunchy. This popcorn satisfies all of my craving. This brand has a couple different flavors but my favorite by far is the original sea salt popcorn. If I want something sweet and salty then my go to is the sweet and salty kettle corn, so delicious! It’s only seventy calories per cup, making it a low calories snack, and easy to digest. If your not a fan of Boom Chicka Pop try the brand Skinny Pop it’s a close second. Again Skinny Pop also has a variety of different flavors to choose from.
Fig bars are my favorite sweet snack that always fills me up. Very similar to a fig newton, they have a soft crust on the outside and a sweet fig filling in the middle. You can get these fig bars in many different flavors such as; blueberry, strawberry, peach, raspberry and more. With the fig bars only being 110 calories its a great quick snack thats gonna fill you up with not to many calories.

These Bare Organic Apple Chips are similar to dried fruit except they are so much more crunchy (like a chip). For me it satisfies the crunchy and crispy craving I have. You can get these chips made with a ton of different fruit like apples, granny smith & red, bananas, strawberries, pineapple and more. If you prefer something more slaty they also featured salted vegetable chips such as beet chips, sweet potato chips and others. These chips are 90 calories per cup. As long as you eat within moderation its a great organic snack, no added sugar or corn syrups.

Kind is by far my favorite brand when it comes to granola and breakfast bars. They have a ton of different flavors and products to choose from. They have your standard nut bars, then more sweet bars like blueberry & vanilla, also more salty flavors like salted Carmel. Kind bars are organic, gluten free, with no added sugar or corn syrups. These bars have 6g of protein and 7g of fibers. These low calorie granola bars are perfect to take on the go and will keep you full till your next meal.

Pickles are one of my favorite salty crunchy snacks. For some reason I love the sour salty tastes of kosher pickles. Oh Snap started selling pickles in a travel size pouches with the perfect amount of pickles inside. These are great to take on the go, or pack for lunch. Oh Snap also offers “on the go pouches” of snap peas, carrots, whole pickles not sliced and celery. These pickles are zero calories so a great choice when deciding what to snack on!

Every now and then I get a strong craving for chocolate. My go to snack is the Justin’s Peanut butter cups, that come in milk chocolate, dark chocolate or white chocolate. They tastes just like the Reese’s Cups, with half the calories. Another great snack is the Justin’s Almond butter pouches. They offer a wide variety of flavors such as almond butter, cashew butter, peanut butter and more. You can find the Justin;s brand at Target, Amazon or The Justin’s website.
