Hey there lovelies! Today we are talking about the top ten cheapest places to shop this spring and summer. You don’t have to spend a ton of money to look adorable and fashionable. Before you do any shopping, I urge you to clean out your closet, and figure out the pieces you need. This way you can have an idea of what’s in your wardrobe, and can create outfits in your head with pieces you’re buying. You also don’t want to spend money on clothing pieces you don’t need and probably won’t wear. Always be a smart shopper!

I think we all know my obsession with Target is real! One of the main reason’s I love clothes shopping at Target is their styles are adorable and their prices are definitely modest. Another awesome thing about their clothing is they are always having a sale and their clearance racks are always stocked. One of my favorite brands they sell is a company called “Universal Thread”. I love their jeans and shorts and if you wait for the sale you can find them for only $15. Not many places sell jeans and shorts for under twenty dollars. They have a straight size section as well as a plus size section and maternity in store. You can always find a wider variety of sizes online, if you can’t find what you need in store. You can also downloaded the “Cartwheel” App, which will get you additional coupons or percents off.

I have a love hate relationship with Forever 21. Although they are inexpensive and you can create a whole outfit for under thirty dollars. The quality of most of their clothing pieces just isn’t there. Forever 21 clothing is definitely disposable clothing, meaning you might get four or five wears out of it, however, eventually it’ll tear, shrink or wear out. Their prices are really good tho, now don’t get me wrong they definitely have overpriced items, but for the most part Forever 21 won’t break the bank. They also have a clearance section that is usually pretty large, so if you have time and patients you can find lots of goodies in that section. My favorite things to buy at Forever 21 are their basics. You can get solid colors tanks, body suits, or leggings for around $5 each. One last thing I wanted to mention is Forever 21 sells teen sizing. Meaning your gonna have a hard time finding plus size items there, and your sizing is gonna be off .
Prices: $7.99-$19.99 Quality: 7/10
I think a lot of people overlook Walmart clothing cause there is a stigma around it. I recently went into Walmart and tried on their clothing and was pleasantly surprised. Their prices are phenomenal, you can get pretty blouses, sundresses, bikinis, or jeans for around $15 each. The quality isn’t great, but I will say it’s a lot better than you think it would be. Walmart clothing sections are pretty large, with a wide range of sizes. They have a straight size section, plus size section, workout clothing, maternity, swim wear and more, you can also go online for more styles and sizes. Their clearance, or sale ranks don’t seem to be to stocked, at least not at my store. But I would still recommend checking out those sale racks to see if there is anything you like. Another nice perk of Walmart is there sale prices tend to be lower than whats on the tag. Sometimes there isn’t enough employee’s to mark everything down right away. So download the Walmart App, scan the item and nine times out of ten their sale price is going to be lower.

Zaful is my go to spot to buy bikinis. I will say I have never tried any of their clothing so I can’t comment on that, but I have bought around 14 swimsuits over the past three years. One of my favorite things about this company is the extensive styles they offer (Swimsuits). They have high waisted bikinis, one pieces, thong or cheeky styles, low rise bikinis, dress or skirt suits and more. One thing I don’t like is, as far as I know, their largest sizes are large or extra large. Over the years the quality of Zaful bikinis have definitely gone up. For the price you are paying the quality is there. I have worn them, washed them, sweated in them and never had any problem. Their average bikini’s are around $15 dollars for top and bottoms. Their styles are so stinking cute and I am never disappointed. Make sure to check their sizing charts, some of their suits run smaller or larger, and there is nothing worse than an ill fitting swim suit.
Prices: $6.99-$25.00 Quality: 8/10
I love shopping at Aeropastle for my spring and summer clothing. Again this is a teen shop, so their sizes are in teen sizing, which means you are gonna need to size up. I have bought a ton of beautiful blouses, dresses, jeans, shorts, bikinis and more for inexpensive. The quality is amazing, I love their leggings and workout pants, and you don’t have to worry about them being sheer or showing your underwear. Another awesome thing about Aeropastle is they are always having sales. I never pay full price here. I can always find adorable pieces for under $15, even their denim. This shop doesn’t have a plus size section, at least not in store. Again they offer a ton more styles and sizes online as well as an extensive clearance section. Even for me being in my mid twenties, I can find pieces in store that fit my style.
Prices: $4.99-$30.00 Quality: 8/10
The one thing I am gonna say about Old Navy is don’t underestimate them. This is the shop for all my adult women out there. They sell and extensive range of sizes and fits for all body types. You can go in store and find the exact size and fit you need. One thing I really appreciate about this shop is in their denim they offer tall fit, short fit, curvy fit, straight fit and more. There is nothing worse then trying to find denim that fits your body perfectly in a shop that only sells clothing for a certain body type. During their sale period you can find their denim for $15 which is awesome. Their clothing is definitely meant for the modest style, I buy pieces here for work. When I wear there shorts or blouses I never feel like my butt or boobs are popping out. They also have an awesome sale rack where they sell older styles for as low as $4,99. Old navy also sells shoes, workout styles, swimsuits, accessories and children clothing.

H&M is a better quality Forever 21. I personally don’t shop at H&M, but I know a few people who do. They have cute styles and a large sale rack. The one reason I don’t shop here is their clothing never catches my eye. H&M has a ton of sections like women’s, juniors, men’s, children, and lingerie. They sell denim, dresses, shoes, skirts, boho and more. If you have the time and patients to look and try on I would definitely recommend trying out this shop. My older brother swears by this store, he loves the quality of their clothing and how inexpensive it is. In store they only seem to go up to a size XXL, but online I am sure they have larger sizes and wider variety of clothing. A neat thing about H&M is you can bring them a bag of your old clothing and get a gift certificate to shop in store or online.

For some reason a lot of people over look Kohl’s for affordable clothing. I have been shopping at Kohl’s for years, and I have never been disappointed. Their clearance and sale racks are always kick ass, this is another shop where I never pay full price. You can find a whole outfit for around $15. I will say their clearance racks can get a bit overwhelming because they tend to be packed full, and sizes are all mixed in. I do recommend taking time to look through those racks tho, you will always find something you like. If you get a Kohl’s card or already have one you can also always get either 15%, 20% or 30% off your total, and they even work on their clearance items. Kohl’s sells clothing for women, junior’s, men, babies, toddlers, plus size, working out and more. They also have intimates, accessories, home decor and shoes. Every few weeks they run their Kohl’s cash promo, which means for every $50 you spend you get a $10 dollar certificate to spend in store or online.

I know a ton of people who love TJ Maxx and I know a ton of people who hate TJ Maxx. It can be quite overwhelming because all of their clothing is packed into racks, and it takes lots of time to look through it all. I will say their prices are amazing and you can find name brand items for under twenty dollars. They sell everything from women’s, to juniors, men’s, babies, intimates, shoes, make-up and more. This is one of those shops where you have to have extra time to shop here. Your not gonna walk in and walk out five minutes later with a cute outfit. TJ Maxx as far as I know doesn’t do coupons, but they do have a sale and clearance rack. I love buying jumpsuits and rompers from here during the spring and summer months. Their patterns and styles and adorable and the quality is usually pretty good. Their website is hard to navigate so I definitely recommend going in store to shop.
Prices: $1.99-$7.99 Quality: 8/10
We all know how much I love thrift shopping and Goodwill is one of my favorite places to do that. Again it is a bit overwhelming cause the clothes are just packed onto the racks. However, Goodwill does an awesome job of separating their clothing into the correct sizes, which means you’ll know the exact section to shop in. It’s amazing how many adorable clothing items you can buy for such a cheap price. If I get home and decide I don’t like certain pieces, I’m never mad because I know I only spent a few dollars on them. They are always running color’s of the day, meaning which ever tag coordinates with the colors of the day you get an additional 15% off. You can also go in one week find cute items and go in the next week and have a different selection of clothing. If you are only spending a few dollars on each piece don’t be afraid to try styles that are out of your comfort zone.
